Responsibilities: Lead and execute performance testing activities across projects Design and implement performance test strategies, including test planning, execution, and reporting Develop performance test scripts using LoadRunner for various applications and services Conduct performance tests to assess scalability, reliability, and responsiveness under load Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks and provide tuning recommendations Prepare comprehensive test summary reports, highlighting key findings and improvement areas Work closely with development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure performance requirements are met Collaborate directly with customers and stakeholders to communicate test strategy, progress, and results Ensure best practices and industry standards are followed in performance testing Requirements: 8+ years of total experience in software testing Strong hands-on expertise in performance testing using LoadRunner In-depth knowledge of performance testing principles, test case scripting, and execution Proven experience preparing test strategies and performance test documentation Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident in client-facing discussions
