Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of injection moulding machines. The role involves ensuring smooth operation, minimizing downtime, and maintaining high safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of injection moulding machines. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults in control panels, drives, PLCs, sensors, and wiring. Monitor machine performance and ensure uptime by addressing issues promptly. Support installation, commissioning, and calibration of new machines and electrical systems. Maintain maintenance logs and follow standard safety practices. Should have experience in All Electrical Moulding machines like Fanuc/ Sumitomo/Nessei. Should be able to Make independent EOAT required for Moulding machines. Should be able to Maintain the Spare parts for Critical Items Should have strong hold the Break down analysis.
