We are committed to providing a warm, personalized shopping experience to every customer. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting sarees and other ethnic wear. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations. Showcase and explain fabric types, weaving styles, and design details. Manage sales transactions, billing, and returns efficiently. Maintain product displays, folding and restocking items as needed. Keep track of customer preferences and inform them of new arrivals or special offers. Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits. Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure stock availability. Maintain cleanliness and order in the store. Key Skills & Qualifications:Prior experience in apparel or saree sales is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude. Good understanding of Indian fabrics, saree draping styles, and ethnic fashion trends (preferred). Basic knowledge of billing systems or POS machines. Ability to work in a team and handle peak-time rush professionally. Working Hours:10:30 AM – 8:00 PM (6 days a week, weekly off on rotation)
