Quantity Surveyor. TECHNICAL SKILLS: 1. Thorough knowledge of BOQ (Bill of Quantities), estimation, costing and tendering Procedures. 2. Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications and building material. 3. Proficiency in MS office (Excel, Word) is essential; knowledge of Auto CAD , MS Project, or QS Software (e.g., Candy, Cost X, Primavera) will be an advantage.
