Job Description

What well need: Provide support to the Learning Development team, to serve the Offshore Clients, with regard to Planning and Delivering of training learning activities. It is essential to act as a Learning Advisor Learning Consultant to our clients. Ensure all tasks are done in a timely manner with Accuracy and Completeness. Work with the team, track the work, and report to team lead about progress. Perform quality checks on the tasks before they are submitted to the leads. Set expectations with leads, negotiate on the timeliness if necessary, or keep the team well informed in case of delays. Peer-to-peer touch point - Enhance the network by connecting with everyone on the team frequently, and sharing knowledge, tips, and best practices. Support the team lead with SLA management. Proficient in process excellence in terms of SOP, Checklists, and FAQ documents for primary activities and other tasks if required. Ownership and accountability towards process and assigned tasks. Time Management - Effective utilization of working hours with proper prioritization of work. Contribution and Involvement in Firm/Team initiatives. Continues collaboration efforts towards common business goals. Act as a mentor/process trainer/subject matter expert. Support the leads or managers with metric reporting and dashboard preparing. Skills Required: Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Candidate should have 5 to 7 years of experience in SumTotal. Should have knowledge of email etiquette. Should have basic knowledge of Excel and should be able to read data and use the Excel features like sorting, removing duplicates, and filtering. Should have the ability with team with others. Should be able to prioritize time and tasks.
Preferred: Should have basic knowledge of creating MS PowerPoint presentations Experience with Virtual platforms like MS Teams Airmeet etc. will be an added advantage Should have experience of handling cases/tickets Experience working with stakeholders. Knowledge of Sumtotal Learning Management System would be an advantage: Develop, mentor, and coach junior Learning Admin. Hands-on experience with Loading courses, catalogs, assigning groups, advanced Reporting and tracking mandatory learnings, ETC. Handle client communication and reporting. Be actively involved in pre-sales activities (for example, help the management in responding to RFIs and RFPs, create prototypes or POCs, etc.) Contribute to team Business As Usual activities such as scheduling, process improvement
