Responsibilities: Operate and monitor the sulphitation tanks and SO gas dosing system. Maintain pH and temperature within standard process limits. Coordinate with the juice preparation and evaporation sections for continuous operation. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the sulphitation area.
