Mode: Work From Office (WFO) Open Positions: International Voice – Banking / Healthcare / Technical Support Semi-Tech Support – Australian Shift Medical Billing (AR) – Blended Process Customer Service – Technical Troubleshooting Roles and Responsibilities Handle inbound/outbound calls for international customers (voice process). Provide accurate solutions for customer or technical queries. Troubleshoot hardware/software and product-related issues. Maintain call quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction scores. Update case logs and documentation in CRM tools. Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution. Meet daily/weekly performance and quality targets. Coordinate with internal teams for escalated cases.
