As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, guiding them through the buying process, and helping them make informed real estate decisions. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Conduct property presentations, site visits, and walk-throughs for potential buyers. Understand clients' needs and provide them with customized property solutions. Sales Execution: Handle inquiries from leads generated by marketing campaigns, referrals, and self-driven initiatives. Assist clients with property selection, financing options, and paperwork. Negotiate and close sales deals effectively to meet targets. Ensure timely follow-ups with clients and maintain an active pipeline of sales prospects. Market Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest market trends, property prices, and competitor activity. Provide clients with current market information, investment opportunities, and property insights. Advise clients on the best property options in terms of location, price, and amenities. Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and review all necessary documentation related to property transactions. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in the sale process. Reporting & Tracking: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system. Report on daily/weekly sales performance, challenges, and progress to the Sales Manager. Key Skills & Qualifications: Experience : Proven experience in real estate sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets. Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus. Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. Goal-oriented with a high level of motivation. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential clients from the lead database. Introduce and promote properties to prospects, answering initial inquiries and qualifying leads. Collect relevant information about client preferences, budget, and requirements. Presales Support: Provide detailed information about properties, including pricing, floor plans, amenities, and location advantages. Handle customer queries related to project timelines, payment plans, and offers. Promote new projects, discounts, and offers to prospective clients. Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for sales meetings, site visits, or property showings for qualified leads. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and conversion of leads. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building: Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to nurture relationships and build trust. Keep the CRM system updated with client information, interactions, and follow-up activities. Reporting & Coordination: Maintain daily/weekly reports on lead generation activities, follow-ups, and appointments scheduled. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and lead conversion. Key Skills & Qualifications: Experience : Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred (real estate experience is a bonus). Experience using CRM tools is an advantage. Skills : Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Good persuasion and negotiation abilities. Ability to handle customer objections effectively.
