Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused professional to join our retail clothing store team. This hybrid role involves front-line sales at the counter, managing our social media presence, and coordinating participation in fashion exhibitions and trade shows. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion, possess strong interpersonal skills, be social media-savvy, and have experience in event or exhibition planning. Key Responsibilities: 1. Counter Sales Executive Responsibilities: Greet customers and assist them with product selection. Maintain deep knowledge of current fashion trends, fabrics, and store inventory. Ensure merchandise is displayed neatly and replenished regularly. Provide exceptional customer service to increase repeat business. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner. 2. Social Media Manager Responsibilities: Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms. Manage the store’s online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews. Collaborate with in-store team to develop campaigns around new collections or promotions. Capture or oversee photoshoots and videos of products and in-store experiences. Stay up-to-date on digital trends and competitors’ social activity. 3. Exhibition & Event Management Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate participation in fashion exhibitions, pop-ups, and trade shows. Organize booth setup, promotional materials, inventory, and staffing. Liaise with event organizers, logistics teams, and marketing vendors. Represent the brand professionally at events and generate leads or direct sales. Follow up with contacts/leads gathered at events to convert them into customers. Maintain post-event reports including ROI analysis and feedback. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion, Business, or related field (preferred). Minimum experience in retail sales, social media management, or event coordination. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, Canva, and/or other content tools. Knowledge of fashion trends and visual merchandising principles. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure. Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and travel for exhibitions if needed. Preferred Skills: Photography or basic graphic design skills. Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems. Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising (Facebook/Instagram Ads). Experience with CRM or lead management tools.
