We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in B2B sales and field operations , preferably in the fabric, garments, or suiting industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the textile market, excellent interpersonal skills, and a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. This role involves traveling across Rajasthan to build and maintain business relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and institutional clients. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential B2B clients across Rajasthan in the fabric and garment industry Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retail partners Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends Pitch products to clients, negotiate prices, and close deals Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and follow-ups Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment, deliveries, and after-sales support Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings Candidate Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B field sales, preferably in textiles, fabrics, or suiting Strong knowledge of the Rajasthan textile market and client network is highly preferred Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented Basic proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office Bachelors degree in any discipline; a degree in textiles or marketing is a plus
