As an experienced NetSuite Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for leading implementations, optimizing processes, and customizing NetSuite solutions to meet the business objectives. Your expertise in NetSuite ERP, CRM, WMS, and middleware tools will be essential for this role. A Bachelor's degree is required, while advanced qualifications are considered a plus. Your functional responsibilities will include collaborating with business stakeholders to translate their objectives into NetSuite solutions, providing guidance on NetSuite modules such as ERP, CRM, and WMS, conducting requirement gathering sessions, and creating detailed documentation. Additionally, you will be responsible for training end-users and preparing system documentation to ensure successful adoption. On the technical side, you will customize and configure NetSuite to meet business requirements, develop SuiteScripts (1.0 and 2.0), lead integration efforts with third-party systems, oversee data migration activities, and perform system performance optimization. You will also take on project leadership and collaboration responsibilities, leading end-to-end NetSuite implementation and upgrade projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing mentorship to junior team members and consultants, and managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Key qualifications for this role include proficiency in SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.0, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteTalk API, experience with JavaScript, SQL, and web technologies, strong knowledge of NetSuite data structures, customizations, and integrations, familiarity with middleware tools for system integrations, and an in-depth understanding of core business processes and NetSuite workflows. Education requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, with a Master's degree or equivalent certifications considered a plus.
