Role Execute Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) engineering for compressors, compressor systems, and packaged units as per customer requirements. Provide technical support to cross-functional teams to meet company objectives. Hands-on experience with PLCs, communication protocols, and control systems. Support new developments related to Electrical & Instrumentation for compressors. Prepare engineering documents, specifications, and drawings using AutoCAD, ERP, and SAP. Develop specification documents and control system/instrumentation drawings. Responsibilities Perform detailed Electrical & Instrumentation engineering and proposal engineering for design and project applications. Prepare specifications for E&I components such as motors, starter-cum-control panels, instruments, cable selection, etc., for safe and hazardous areas. Standardize E&I components, create database, develop control schematics, evaluate external offers and drawings. Conduct inspections at supplier locations as required. Provide technical support to shop floor and sales teams for proposals and project execution. Qualifications & Experience Diploma or Graduate in Engineering from a reputed institute. 3- 8 years of experience in rotating machinery industry. Fluency in English; knowledge of German is preferred. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and Excel is essential. Familiarity with 3D working environments is preferred.
Responsible for Receipt, Stage, and Final Inspection, ensuring adherence to quality standards, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Contribute to the overall growth and business objectives of the company. Handle all key aspects of Quality Assurance, including: Inspection and quality assurance of products in coordination with team members. Assisting DHQA in preparing and issuing Quality Plans (QPs) and inspection procedures. Studying design drawings and interpreting technical specifications, standards, and codes. Ensuring testing requirements are met as per defined quality standards. Coordinating with Third-Party Inspection Agencies and customer representatives. Implementing Continuous Improvement (CI) activities, departmental objectives, and process measurements. Ensuring effective implementation of QMS and guiding team members within the section. Reporting to DHQA on product acceptance, deviations, customer complaints, and related matters. Contributing to action plans and policies to achieve business goals related to revenue and profitability. Collaborating closely with other departments to support overall business objectives. Experience Minimum 6+ years of experience in Compressor / Engineering Industry with strong knowledge of QA functions. Qualification B.E. Mechanical with strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Soft Skills Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
