We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our growing IT team in Rajkot. This role is about building strong relationships, explaining our software/ERP solutions, and onboarding customers as long-term partners. Unlike high-pressure sales, this is a relationship-driven role where your success grows with the number of active devices you bring on board through our dealer network. Key Responsibilities: Identify and connect with relevant customers/companies for our ERP solutions. Present and explain ERP features and benefits clearly. Onboard new customers and build lasting business relationships. Gather and share dealer feedback to improve our products and services. Required Skills: Strong communication and persuasion skills (Hindi/English; regional languages a plus). Self-motivated with a talent for relationship building.
