Key Responsibilities: Deliver focused training on E/M, IP, and Minor Surgery coding aligned with US payer guidelines. Monitor coder performance during onboarding and ramp-up phases. Provide structured feedback and coaching to improve accuracy and productivity. Ensure adherence to CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding standards. Collaborate with Team Leads and Quality teams to support early confirmation and reduce error rates. Communicate audit findings and implement corrective actions. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 3 years of experience in US healthcare coding (E/M, IP, and Minor Surgery). Certified Professional Coder (CPC), CCS, or equivalent. Strong understanding of US healthcare compliance and payer policies. Excellent communication and coaching skills. Graduation in Life Sciences or related field.
