Core Responsibilities Pastry Production & Quality: Execute hands-on baking of all core menu items, including sponge cakes, ganache, cookies, and pâtisseries . Production Support: Assist with final finishing and professional packaging , while applying essential knowledge of baking basics . Digital Content Leadership: Drive daily content creation and active social media management across brand channels. Business Development: Proactively identify and acquire new clients to secure custom orders and expand the customer base. Event Logistics: Provide essential support for all off-site activities, including the full setup and operation of event stalls and pop-ups.
