Roles and Responsibilities Manage sales activities to achieve targets, including lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building with clients. Conduct field marketing campaigns to promote company products and services in assigned territories. Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, leads, and follow-ups. Desired Candidate Profile 2-4 years of experience in sales & marketing or related field (freshers can apply). Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices. Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction. Proficiency in using CRM software for tracking leads and managing relationships. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
