This role involves identifying reliable suppliers, negotiating with farmers and dealers, ensuring timely procurement, and maintaining proper purchase records. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the local rubber market, pricing trends, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Arrange and manage the daily purchase of rubber sheets (RSS4) from farmers, traders, and dealers. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure consistent supply. Negotiate purchase prices in line with market trends and company requirements. Monitor quality standards of purchased rubber and ensure compliance with company specifications. Coordinate logistics for unloading, loading, and transport of purchased rubber. Maintain accurate records of purchases, farmer/dealer details, and payment tracking. Stay updated on rubber market rates and advise management on purchase planning. Support compliance with statutory and company policies related to procurement. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 3–5 years of experience in rubber procurement. Strong negotiation and communication skills in English and Malayalam.
