Quality Control (QC): Conduct routine and batch-wise analysis of finished products, raw materials, and intermediates. Create prototypes for new products based on market trends and customer-specific requirements. Study chemical stability, compatibility, and shelf life of formulations under varying storage conditions. Process & Application Support: Provide technical support to production and plant operations for process consistency. Troubleshoot application-related issues in real-time during product use in steel plants or customer sites. Recommend suitable chemical usage concentrations, application conditions, and best practices to end users. Participate in plant trials at customer locations for validation of product performance. 4. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain MSDS, COAs, TDS, SOPs, and compliance documents for all chemical formulations. Support regulatory documentation and compliance with local pollution control board and industry-specific safety norms. Participate in audits and reviews related to QA, environment, and production safety. 5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Production teams to ensure customer needs and technical capabilities align.
