We are currently seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with over 8 years of experience in configuration, implementation, and support to join our team in Pune. As a certified expert in SuccessFactors Employee Central & Global Benefits, Onboarding 2.0, and Recruiting & RMK, you will play a crucial role in driving impactful change across multiple modules. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, UAT, and deployment. - Design and troubleshoot Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and configure workflows, email notifications, MDF objects, and business rules. - Provide support for Recruiting to EC mapping, RMK site setup, and onboarding processes. - Manage document generation, offer letters, and IAS/IPS troubleshooting. - Drive SuccessFactors upgrades across EC, onboarding, benefits, security, and compensation.
