SAP understanding & experience across SAP EC modules What it means: You should have a good grasp of various Employee Central modules like Position Management, Time Off, Global Benefits, etc., and possibly some broader SAP HCM or SAP S/4HANA HR exposure. Why it's important: Shows you're not just technically skilled but understand how different parts of the SAP HR ecosystem work together. SAP SuccessFactors & HRIS experience (implementation preferred) What it means: They want you to be familiar with HR systems (HRIS) beyond just SF preferably have experience implementing them. Why it's important: Shows you can work with HR teams and understand overall HR operations, not just tech tools. Excellent Communication Skills What it means: You should be able to clearly explain technical things to non-technical people and work well in teams.
