Key Responsibilities: Craft engaging and value-driven content specifically tailored for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. Deliver impactful messages that resonate with short-form video audiences while staying true to the brand's vision. Stay abreast of the latest trends in short-form content and integrate them into creative strategies. Generate fresh and innovative content ideas suitable for short video formats, ensuring diversity and relevance. Collaborate closely with the video production team to ensure content aligns with specified time constraints and maintains its core message. Utilize feedback from both leadership and viewership to enhance content strategies. Regularly update knowledge base on topics related to self-help, personal growth, money management, success stories, and other relevant fields.
