Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tiruchengodu for a Trainee at Success Meets Academy. The Trainee will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of educational programs, supporting trainers in various tasks, conducting research, and preparing training materials. They will also participate in workshops, assist in administrative tasks, and contribute to program development to ensure the highest quality of training for students and professionals. Qualifications Basic understanding of Aptitude, Technical Training, and Robotics Knowledge of Soft Skills and Career Readiness training Research and Data Analysis skills Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills Problem-solving and Critical Thinking abilities Enthusiasm for learning and self-development Bachelor's degree in Education, Engineering, Business, or related field is preferred Previous experience in training or educational settings is a plus
