The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, managing the complete sales cycle, and ensuring revenue targets are met. Key Responsibilities Manage and drive the entire sales process for residential projects – from lead generation to deal closure. Handle client inquiries, conduct site visits, and deliver compelling presentations to prospective buyers. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets consistently. Maintain strong follow-up with leads and ensure excellent customer engagement. Negotiate terms, finalize agreements, and ensure smooth transaction closures. Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and other stakeholders. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and project visibility. Keep updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies. Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of campaigns with sales goals. Maintain accurate sales reports, MIS, and pipeline updates for management review. Ensure client satisfaction post-sales by coordinating with CRM and customer support teams. Desired Candidate Profile Proven experience (5+ years) in real estate residential sales , preferably in premium/luxury projects. Strong track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport with HNI/NRI clients and channel partners. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision. Knowledge of local real estate markets, RERA compliance, and property transactions.
