Job Description

As an experienced individual with Certification or Experience in another SuccessFactors module, you must have at least 5 years of specialized expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation. Your extensive background of 8+ years in HR/HCM projects will be a valuable asset for this role. Your responsibilities will include leveraging your experience and knowledge of Employee Central (EC) to devise effective implementation strategies and manage data and reporting effectively. Proficiency in Integration Centre and SuccessFactors APIs will be essential for seamless system integration. You will be required to demonstrate your skills in system configuration by following the Solution Design Configuration workbook meticulously and providing Proof of Concepts. Furthermore, your role will involve educating clients on various alternatives for system configuration and design, hence excellent communication skills and the ability to manage client expectations are imperative. Key Skills required for this role include proficiency in SuccessFactors, integration techniques, and substantial implementation experience. Your expertise in these areas will be pivotal in driving successful outcomes for HR/HCM projects.,
