We are seeking a skilled and hands-on SAP ABAP-HR Developer to design, develop, and support HR solutions within SAP modules like PA, OM, Time, and Payroll. The role involves close collaboration with functional teams to deliver robust, efficient, and high-performing code and integrations. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) for HR modules. Build and customize payroll and taxation reports, extract HR data, and optimize payroll/time evaluation processes. Implement BAPIs, BADIs, user exits, enhancements, BDC/LSMW, and ALE/IDoc integrations. Work extensively with HR logical DBs (PNP/PNPCE), Infotypes/Subtypes, Time Constraints, Dynamic Actions. Develop Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, ALV reports, and dialog programs. Write detailed and clear technical specifications. Own incident resolution and performance tuning for SAP HR components. Participate in technical reviews, audits, and documentation. Key Skills Required: Strong expertise in SAP HR ABAP design and development (39 years). Experience in Payroll, OM, PA modules with real implementations. Hands-on knowledge of OO ABAP, SAPscript, Smart Forms, Enhancement Framework, and Interactive Reporting. Proven ability in writing tech-specs, solving complex technical issues, and performance optimization. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred Skills: Exposure to Fiori/UI5, OData, RAP for HR apps. Experience with SuccessFactors or S/4HANA HCM compatibility packs. Work Mode: Onsite at Hyderabad only.
