The Lead Design Closure (Side doors) position requires a qualified individual with a B.E in Mechanical or Automobile engineering and 8 to 15 years of experience in Closure (Side doors) Design & Development within the Automobile OEM industry. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in the automobile domain, specifically focusing on BIW closure systems including Doors, Tailgates, and Hoods, as well as their respective subsystem designs. Moreover, a fundamental understanding of Design and Design changes related to Door parts such as Inner/Outer panels, Reinforcements, Hinges, etc., within the Automotive Sector is essential for this role. Having completed at least one entire project execution involving Door, Tailgate, and Hood parts for a passenger car project is considered an added advantage. Proficiency in using Catia and PLM software like Teamcenter is a prerequisite for potential candidates applying for this position. The role is based in Pune and offers an opportunity for individuals with a strong background in Closure design and development to contribute to the growth and success of the organization.,
