Key Responsibilities: • Assemble and wire electronic subsystems as per drawings and wiring schedules. • Perform soldering (through-hole and SMD), crimping, and connectorization. • Assist in internal and external cable harnessing and routing. • Perform continuity, insulation, and functional tests using multimeters, LCR meters, and other instruments. • Follow ESD and IPC standards (such as IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620). • Read and interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and schematics. • Assist in environmental and functional testing of subsystems. • Maintain tools, calibration logs, and work area cleanliness. • Record work progress and report issues to supervisors or engineers.
