Substation Design

As an Assistant Manager - Structures at our Gurugram location, you will be responsible for the detailed engineering of civil and structural deliverables for Pooling Substation (PSS), EHV Line, HV Line & USS. This includes preparing technical specifications, optimizing the design of structures and equipment foundations, and creating related documents and drawings. You will review contractor's design and drawings to ensure they meet ReNew standards and specifications, as well as review in-house prepared drawings. Additionally, you will be tasked with preparing detailed Bill of Quantities for Civil and Structural works, evaluating vendors, and assisting in vendor finalizations. Your role will also involve supporting the Supply Chain Management (SCM), Execution & Quality Assurance Team throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate for this position should have 6-8 years of experience in Civil Engineering and possess a strong background in structural design and engineering. A qualification in Civil Engineering is required for this role. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams are essential for success in this role.,
