You will be responsible for leading the fulfillment of a small set of portfolios of technical asset management contracts for solar renewable energy projects, providing engineering consulting services, and supporting the Portfolio Management, Onboarding, and Technical Asset Management teams. Your role will involve evaluating the technical performance of client sites, identifying data and performance issues, overseeing Operations and Maintenance providers, tracking equipment and data outages, and managing site performance. Additionally, you will participate in root cause analysis, provide feedback on spares strategy, and assist with Technical Onboarding of new solar sites. Your responsibilities will also include providing technical guidance on handoff from developer to O&M provider, comparing design, model data, and financial forecasts to identify gaps, driving resolution of medium complexity problems, and representing the team in communications with clients and within the organization. You will coach and train newer team members, drive small team improvement initiatives, and work on project resolution and performance analysis as required. To qualify for this role, you should have a working knowledge in the renewable energy performance field, proven documentation, presentation, and communication skills, and a University Degree with 2-4 years of experience in the domain. Alternatively, a Masters/Graduate degree with 0-2 years of experience in the domain is also acceptable. You should possess skills in PV plant performance analysis, solar industry best practices, energy storage concepts, power generation and substation concepts, and familiarity with module/inverter/tracking system technology. Additionally, you should have expertise in electrical and solar equipment testing procedures, data analysis and reporting, basic leadership and project management skills, and the ability to liaise with clients professionally. Preferred qualifications include experience with PV simulation software such as PVSYST, customer service, process improvement, green energy or utilities domain, and working with a U.S. based company. You should have strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills, effective communication skills, process improvement capabilities, and basic coaching/leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe PDF toolsets, as well as familiarity with databases, is required for this role.,
