Your responsibilities and tasks will involve engaging in pre-bid tendering activities with the Front Sales Team, reviewing RFQ/enquiry documents, understanding the scope, aligning with various company stakeholders, conducting market analysis, preparing winning project strategies, creating technical/commercial proposals, handling client negotiations, ensuring compliance with internal processes and guidelines, and managing multiple opportunities while adhering to timelines. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 7 to 10 years of experience in Substation Bidding/Tendering for the domestic market. You should possess knowledge of Electrical GIS/AIS products, substation requirements, EHV transmission, HV & LV distribution, generation systems, and relevant IEC/IS standards. Additionally, familiarity with switchgear, relay, SCADA, automation, ELV, civil integration, and proficiency in MS Office software, SAP, and advanced Excel is required. Excellent communication skills, cross-functional abilities, and exposure to working in multinational or Tier-1 Electrical OEMs/EPCs are also essential for this role.
