(Note: Do not apply again if already applied for same role in last 3 months with Allegis) Brief Job Description: Recognized professional accounting qualification with 8+ years of experience predominantly in Finance, including in leadership positions managing complex requirements from stakeholders Experience of working in Banking/Financial services organization of repute will be an advantage. Review as is process, identify challenges and work with the Project Lead to design the Bank wide Target Operating model for the Balance Sheet Account reconciliation & substantiation process. This entails multi-dimensional data analysis of the existing ownership of the accounts and propose options for a new ownership model. Engage with Financial Controllers, SMEs and other stakeholders to discuss the findings and work towards remediation. Experience of operating in governance forums and handling auditors Strong ability to anticipate, identify and mitigate risks and apply appropriate controls over production processes Good problem solver with well-developed analytical skills Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to frequent and multiple changes Commercial mindset with strong execution, problem-solving skills, high degree of motivation and commitment.
