Key Responsibilities USV Accounts Closing & Management Information System Leading monthly closure of Books of Accounts & Liaisoning with Internal stake Holders Preparation of P&L Account & presentation deck on monthly basis Preparation of Horizon- Margin Analysis & Board Meeting Presentation Deck on quarterly basis Fixed Assets Vendor negotiations for payment terms and pricing along with project team Accounting of Fixed Assets, Capitalisation of Projects & CWIP Review Addressing queries of Internal auditor & Statutory auditor Foreign Tour Expenses Checking of Foreign Travel Statements as per Travel Policy Keeping track of forex advances and arranging recovery for overdue advances US Subsidiary-Indicus Pharma & USV North America Preparation of Books of accounts & Quarterly accounts closing Follow up with Customers for payments & keeping track of collections Liaisoning with Partners for Profit Share review and analysis. Co-Ordination with Regulatory & Pharmacovigilance Team for fees/subscription payments Vendor payments & Investments duly approved by NA Chairman Co-ordinating with USV Intl Mktg Team and Logistics Team for Business Operations Qualification : Minimum B.com, MBA would be preferable Experience : Minimum 10-15 years in Pharma Industry, Vey well conversant with SAP ECC/HANA Good in preparing PPT with charts/diagrams, Interactive Dashboards .
