Qualifications and Experience required: - 7+ years of client-facing consulting/professional services experience delivering enterprise-grade data solutions. - 3+ years of experience implementing Salesforce Data Cloud or equivalent Customer Data Platforms (CDPs). - Strong background in data architecture, data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, data integration, and API-driven solutions. - Certifications in Salesforce Data Cloud and a solid understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem. - Experience in implementing data governance, data security, and regulatory compliance frameworks. - Expertise in identity resolution, subscriber management, and harmonizing data across systems for a unified customer view. - Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and expertise in agile delivery methodologies. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Industry experience in Financial Services, Health and Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Retail, or Hospitality. - Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's degree is a plus. Lead technical workshops with customers, partners, and sales teams. Design and deliver high/low-level network solutions and migration plans. Support early-stage network deployments and integration. Act as project lead for large-scale implementations, coordinating delivery teams. Provide training and knowledge transfer to partners/customers. Collaborate with customer teams on testing, planning, and issue resolution. Ensure best practices in design, validation, and operations handover. Lead projects focused on Juniper MX Series (Junos Subscriber Management, IPSec, CGNAT). Work directly with service provider networks to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
