We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Management professional to oversee and optimize our company’s stock control processes. The role involves monitoring stock levels, ensuring accuracy in records, coordinating with procurement, sales, and operations teams, and implementing best practices for efficient inventory management. Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/Excel systems and ensure timely updates. Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system records. Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations. Manage inter-branch transfers and track goods movement between locations. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports for management review. Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures. Coordinate with procurement team for timely replenishment based on demand forecasts. Identify slow-moving, obsolete, or excess stock and recommend corrective actions. Support internal and external audit processes with accurate data and reports. Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to improve stock efficiency. Key Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and numerical skills. Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (Tally/Zoho, etc.) . Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Strong organizational and communication skills. Knowledge of supply chain, stock management, and warehousing practices. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Experience 4 - 7 years
