Key Responsibilities: Store Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Manage inventory, stock levels, and product displays to maintain a premium in-store environment. Has to be self-motivated to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. 4-6 years of experience in luxury retail. Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills. Impeccable communication and selling skills with a natural flair for building rapport. Proficient in MS Office and familiar with retail management systems. A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail. Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed.
