PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBLITIES Minimum 8+ years of experience in R2R transformations/Automations. Strong knolwedge on R2R processes to enhance the process improvements and automations. Analyze current finance processes and identify areas for improvement and automation Lead cross-functional workshops to gather requirements and design future-state processes Implement Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies Monitor KPIs and ensure sustainable improvements CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED Minimum 8+ years of experience in R2R transformations is madatory. Proven experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma). Strong analytical and project management skills. Expert in designing and implementing automated solutions to optimize business operations, reduce manual intervention, and improve overall performance. Familiarity with Blackline tool (Admin role) is added advantage. Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities. Familiarity with tools like automation tools like altyrx, Power BI, and others. Suppport internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and insights. Review SOP's/ document standardization of the RTR processes. Provide training and support to end users, enhancing their understanding and utilization of the blackline systems. Should be ready to work in client specific shifts. Educational Skills: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification preferred
