Your main duties will include collaborating with sales teams to identify customer needs, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, and working closely with technical teams to implement solutions. Additionally, you will be required to provide feedback to product managers and stay informed about market trends and competitors. To be successful in this role, you should have 3-5 years of experience in a similar customer-facing position within a SaaS company. You must be a compelling storyteller with strong presentation skills and a passion for continuous learning. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential, and you must be willing to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
