About Us:

We are a growing B2C-focused business school/service provider dedicated to offering practical, industry-relevant knowledge and solutions. To strengthen our programs, we are seeking Subject Matter Experts in Operations who can share their expertise on an hourly engagement basis.

Role Overview:

The SME in Operations will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging learning materials, case studies, and sessions that reflect modern operational practices in B2C businesses. This role requires both academic depth and practical industry exposure, with the ability to guide learners in applying operational strategies to real-world scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and deliver course content, study materials, and case studies in operations.
• Conduct online/offline lectures, workshops, and interactive sessions as needed.
• Share insights on operational excellence, process optimization, and supply chain management in B2C environments.
• Collaborate with the academic/program team to design modules, projects, and assessments.
• Support learners by resolving subject-related queries and mentoring them in practical application.
• Ensure content is current, industry-driven, and aligned with B2C operational challenges.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s degree or higher in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of academic or industry experience in operations, preferably with B2C exposure.
• Strong knowledge of operational tools, frameworks, and industry practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to engage on an hourly, flexible schedule.

Compensation:

• Hourly-based payment, based on experience and expertise.

An operations professional with both academic grounding and practical industry experience, who can simplify complex concepts and provide actionable, B2C-focused insights to learners.

Job Type: Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹1,500.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
