Subject Matter Expert - Insurance

As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the insurance industry, you will be expected to leverage your specialized skills and knowledge to provide expert guidance and support on various insurance products and processes. With a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the insurance sector, you will demonstrate proficiency across all insurance products, including life, health, and general insurance. Holding a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is essential for this role, along with fluency in English. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around possessing a deep understanding of insurance products and processes, staying abreast of industry developments, and proposing innovative solutions for process and product enhancements to the management. You will play a crucial role in conducting On-the-Job Training (OJT) for new team members, ensuring their proficiency in insurance-related products and processes. Furthermore, you will contribute to the design and implementation of exceptional customer support strategies for insurance products, collaborating with various stakeholders and partners to address customer inquiries promptly. Your proactive approach in identifying areas for improvement and escalating concerns to the leadership team will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of service delivery. Your role will also involve monitoring and managing customer complaints efficiently, ensuring timely resolution within defined turnaround times. Upholding the quality of complaint closures through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementing necessary process improvements will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will stay updated on regulatory requirements and industry changes to ensure compliance across all insurance operations.
