Subject Matter Expert - Finance and Accounts

As a Finance & Accounting Supervisor at EOX Vantage, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end vendor invoice processing and ensuring accuracy in coding. Your responsibilities will include: - Supervising vendor invoice processing, ensuring accurate coding by department, GL account, company, and other dimensions. - Validating invoices against budgets and supporting documentation. - Reconciling vendor statements and resolving any discrepancies. - Maintaining and updating vendor master data, including secure review of bank and address changes to prevent fraud. - Monitoring application alerts and ensuring master data changes are approved by designated SMEs. - Maintaining organized records of AP transactions. - Communicating delays or issues with vendor managers across the organization. - Leading company-wide communication on T&E usage and establishing a support channel for AP inquiries. - Reviewing monthly reconciliations prepared by the team and escalating significant issues. - Preparing year-end analysis of accounts to support accurate reporting. In addition to the key responsibilities, you will also be expected to: - Analyze monthly expense reports from FP&A to identify trends, variances, and concerns. - Maintain AP performance metrics and prepare management reports and presentations. - Provide guidance on expense capitalization and support budgeting and forecasting efforts. - Record and reconcile expense accruals. - Collaborate with departments to ensure accurate accrual estimates. - Maintain thorough documentation of accruals and adjustments. - Identify and implement opportunities to streamline AP processes. - Participate in cross-functional initiatives to enhance efficiency. Qualifications & Expectations: - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. - A degree with a focus in accounting or auditing offset with big firm experience. - Familiarity with Microsoft Business Central preferred. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. - High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. - Flexibility to work during the US Work Window. - Stakeholder Management skills.
