As part of our growth journey, we are hiring an HR Generalist who can manage and scale our core people practices. 3. Role Summary: We are looking for a proactive and hands-on HR Generalist to support the daily operations of the HR department. This role requires experience across the HR spectrum including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, attendance/payroll coordination, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will be energetic, organized, people-focused, and aligned with SME-style HR execution. 4. Key Responsibilities: • Recruitment & Onboarding o Manage end-to-end recruitment for shopfloor, showroom, sales and office staff roles o Coordinate interviews, offer letters, joining formalities, and background verification o Plan and conduct new employee orientation and induction sessions • HR Operations & Administration o Maintain employee records (physical and digital) and update HRMIS/HR software o Track attendance, leaves, and manage overtime reports for payroll processing o Coordinate with accounts for monthly payroll inputs and queries o Handle issuing of HR letters – offer, appointment, increment, experience, warning, etc. • Compliance & Policies o Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, Shops & Establishment Act, etc. o Support internal HR audits, documentation, and policy updates o Assist in company policies implementation and ensure awareness across the workforce • Employee Engagement & Support o Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and grievances o Plan internal celebrations, recognition activities, surveys, and welfare events o Assist in performance appraisal coordination and feedback collection • Learning Support & Coordination o Schedule internal training sessions in coordination with department heads o Track training participation, feedback, and employee development milestones 5. Key Skills & Requirements: • Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • 3–5 years of relevant HR experience in a mid-size company or manufacturing/retail setup • Knowledge of Indian labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR operations • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and HR software (Keka, Zoho, etc.) • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills • Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and work with limited supervision 6.
