Subcontractor-SOTI

Role Overview: As a Subcontractor-SOTI, you will be responsible for leading device management activities during and after an Active Directory migration. Your main focus will be on SOTI MobiControl enrollment, SCCM co-management, and ensuring secure and compliant endpoint operations across multiple domains. Key Responsibilities: - Support Active Directory Migration by migrating devices between domains, validating GPOs, and troubleshooting authentication and domain join issues. - Administer SOTI MobiControl by configuring enrollment rules, re-enrolling devices, managing mobility policies, kiosk profiles, and compliance, and providing remote troubleshooting. - Manage SCCM Co-Management by installing/managing SCCM clients, configuring boundaries/collections, managing patching, software distribution, and compliance baselines, and defining co-existence strategy with SOTI. - Handle Device Lifecycle & Operations by maintaining dual-management (SOTI + SCCM), monitoring compliance reporting, providing Level 3 escalation support, and documenting SOPs. Qualification Required: - 5+ years of experience in endpoint/device management. - Strong expertise in SOTI MobiControl including enrollment, profiles, and remote support. - Hands-on experience with SCCM/ConfigMgr for patching, distribution, and inventory. - Proven work experience on Active Directory migration projects.,
