Your technical and management expertise should encompass various key areas, including the preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) to ensure accurate and comprehensive lists of materials, parts, and labor required for projects. You should excel in creating and managing project timelines, coordinating with teams and stakeholders to meet deadlines efficiently. Engaging with vendors and subcontractors to negotiate terms, prices, delivery schedules, and services is essential. You must have a keen eye for detail when analyzing project requirements to develop precise cost estimates, conducting financial analyses, and presenting critical updates to senior management. Building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective negotiation, understanding client needs, and ensuring project feasibility are crucial aspects of this role. Collaborating with engineering teams, resolving technical and commercial issues, and fostering positive interactions with clients and consultants are key responsibilities that contribute to project success.
