In this role, you will need to exhibit instinctive leadership qualities to effectively manage the in-house team, fostering collaboration and achieving project milestones. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting seamlessly with clients and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions. To excel in this position, you should have relevant experience in effectively managing corporate/workplace interior fit-out projects. A Graduation Degree in Engineering or Architecture is required, while a Masters Degree in Construction Management/Project Management would be advantageous. Demonstrating knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs is crucial. You should also showcase tech-savviness with a successful track record of adopting digital and technology initiatives. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality and customer satisfaction is paramount. Additionally, you should work well under pressure and demonstrate the capability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
