Job Summary: Responsible for the organization and activities relating to construction engineering, subcontracts, and engineering liaison to the design functional group. Billing & Financial Oversight: Handle client and subcontractor invoices, maintain financial documentation. Stakeholder & Client Management: Act as the main client contact, manage expectations, and negotiate contracts. Local Liaisoning: Secure permits, coordinate with authorities, and engage with local communities. Construction Oversight: Ensure compliance with technical, safety, and environmental regulations, resolve on-site challenges. Team Leadership: Lead multidisciplinary teams, assign responsibilities, and track progress. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure legal, environmental, and safety compliance, prepare progress reports. Qualifications & Experience: Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Civil Engineering. Experience: 10+ years in large-scale construction, with 2 + years in airport or similar infrastructure projects . Technical Skills: Proficiency in Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD, STAAD Pro , construction methodologies, and cost management. This role demands strong leadership, financial acumen, and technical expertise to successfully deliver a high-profile airport project.
