Prepare project-wise profitability reports. Audit & Compliance Liaise with auditors and ensure smooth completion of internal and external audits. Ensure adherence to financial policies, controls, and procedures. Team Leadership Lead and mentor the accounts team to maintain efficiency and accuracy. Coordinate with the HR and procurement departments for inter-departmental finance matters. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field (B.Com/M.Com). Experience: 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the construction or infrastructure industry. Age Limit: Between 35 to 40 years. Skills Required: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/ERP). Ability to handle financial reports, audits, and budgeting. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities.
