Detailed JD

Quantity take-offs: Calculate quantities of work completed from project drawings, specifications, and site measurements.Bill preparation: Prepare and submit accurate monthly progress bills (RA bills) for both clients and subcontractors.Bill verification: Review and certify all bills, including those from subcontractors and for various work items like civil, Mechanical, Electrical, etc., and finishing.Rate analysis: Perform rate analysis for any extra or non-tendered items, which includes preparing supporting documentation.Contract and compliance: Understand and apply contractual terms, ensuring all billing complies with contract clauses and specifications.Record keeping: Maintain meticulous and accurate records of all billing transactions, financial documents, and site progress.Cost control: Monitor project costs against the budget and track expenses, ensuring they align with project estimates.Client liaison: Collaborate with clients to resolve billing discrepancies, gather necessary information, and get bills certified or approved.Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports and MIS reports for management, often involving data entry into company software.
