You will be responsible for handling support emails by assigning, tracking, and addressing them in a timely manner. Responding to customer queries promptly and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives when required. Acting as a liaison between stakeholders and following up on assigned tasks. You should be proficient in categorizing and sub-categorizing emails, handling last-minute requirements positively, and coordinating tasks effectively as a team player. Additionally, you will provide live chat support to enrolled students on the Learning Management System (LMS) and have experience in managing service tickets using tools like Zoho and Salesforce. The ideal candidate should have a minimum qualification of any undergraduate degree and possess 1-3 years of experience in support/quality roles. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work in rotational shifts and weekends. The gender preference for this role is open to anyone. The job is based in Bangalore and is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule is during day shifts and requires in-person presence at the work location.,
