The Project: Jal Jeevan Mission Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh is looking for experienced Site Engineers to join the mission of providing clean drinking water to communities in Uttar Pradesh. As a Site Engineer with 3-10 years of experience, you will be responsible for leading key infrastructure projects under the Jal Jeevan Mission. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the execution of drinking water pipeline installations and civil structures, particularly Overhead Water Tanks (OHTs). You will also collaborate with and supervise sub-agencies to ensure smooth project implementation, address on-site issues, and ensure that work is completed as per design specifications and quality standards. To qualify for this role, you should have a Diploma or B.Tech in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering and possess 3-10 years of hands-on experience in water infrastructure projects such as pipeline works, OHTs, and rural water supply schemes. You should have a strong understanding of civil engineering practices in water infrastructure, as well as knowledge of quality and safety standards related to pipeline and tank construction. Excellent communication and site management skills, along with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, are essential soft skills for this position.
