Job Title Procurement & Sub Contracts Position AGM Level - Civil Location Head Office Key Accountability and Responsibility Vendor Sourcing - Pre-Qualification and Evaluation process. Establishment of Rate Contracts for smoothing of the operations function. Heading techno-commercial negotiations. Management Of pan India Procurement activities. Responsible for drafting, review and finalization of agreements with Suppliers, Employers, Consulting agencies, Main Contract Agreements, Subcontractor agreements etc. that are related to Engineering Projects & having good drafting skills. Structuring the contracts, managing the contracts, their administration, remediation, and compliance. To work out and review budgets project wise with CPO & suggest/recommend ways of cost saving on ongoing basis & ensure Budget sign-off. Experience in finalising Works Contract of Structural Works, Facade work, Windows and Doors, RMC and Batching Plant finalization, False Ceiling works, Excavation, Piling, Foundation, Painting, PRW etc. Post Award Contract Management: Knowledge of EOT, Claims, Dispute Resolution etc. A working knowledge of Arbitration Act and the Complying procedures of the same & having worked in full life cycle of an Arbitrations shall be an advantage. Sourcing the most competitively priced materials and reviewing tenders and bids- support to tender department to get minimum price to get projects. Making comparative statement & taking approval from all authorities. Prepare work order to subcontractors, WO receipt acknowledgement , follow up for material delivery , coordination with site authorities & subcontractors. Key competencies: Working Experience in SAP.
